The food service industry has always occupied an important place in Railwaymen's operations. During our several-year history, we have had the opportunity to create unique solutions for its members. What is the südback?
südback has for many years been recognized by the public as one of the most important events in Europe for the bakery and confectionery industry. Each edition attracts experts from all parts of the world. Each edition attracts sector specialists from both industries. During the fair, attendees will be able to participate in the Baker Trend Forum, the Confectioners Trend Forum and the südback Trend Award. Special interest is given to the südback Trend Award gala where awards are given for exceptional design, technology, as well as conceptual solutions.
