Poland has remained a rapidly growing tech hub, catering to high-profile, international clients to fill the seemingly unending demand for highly skilled web and software developers. We felt honored to be included in new research released by Clutch, a Washington, D.C. based B2B ratings and review firm. Clutch analysts evaluated Railwaymen across a number of qualitative and quantitative factors, including client satisfaction and proven ability to deliver.
It’s been a while, but January was very busy for us, and finally it’s a great time to look back over the last 12 months of 2016 and remind ourselves of all the incredible things we’ve done and our achievements from last year once again. So, let’s start!
In many ways, 2016 was a splendid year for Railwaymen: new projects, new employees, fantastic events and much more! Read below about our accomplishments.
What is DevDay anyways?
DevDay, or Developer Day, is a special kind of work day when developers do not work on their usual projects and are allowed to work on whatever they like. The idea of DevDays is pretty common: the world’s most popular email service, Gmail, was born as a DevDay project at Google office!
January often tends to the summaries and resolutions. Railwaymen has also done some. 2015 was a good time for us, many new projects were successfully realized, our portfolio has been extended with brands from different branches and new employees have been employed. This year was marked by the intensive and dynamic development of our company.

You are a founder at Bixa Media. Tell us a little about your life and how you came to start your business?
How do many come to start their own business? Like many, I was working in an industry, with high demand, where I saw an opportunity to go out on my own and attempt to do it better.
Last week we have visited Kielnarowa, a small village nearby Rzeszów. Between meadows and forest, in Centre for Tourism and Recreation WSISiZ InternetBeta conference was held. We arrived on Wednesday 10th of September in early morning, just in time to watch the first speech. This was unique time when representatives of various fields and industries related to the Internet and new technologies meet in one place to discuss many important issues concerning their jobs and conducted projects. It is really amazing that there is so many people to whom the web is the natural environment to work.
